Amy Klingensmith

Amy is a North Carolina native who was born and raised in the area. Her youth centered on school, church and athletics, as well as extra-curricular activities and organizations. Amy graduated from Campbell University, Buies Creek, NC, with a degree in the Arts. Her current hobbies include spending time with family, traveling and watching college football. She also volunteers with various programs at Pitt Memorial Hospital, her church and the Greenville-Pitt Chamber of Commerce. Amy has been married for four years and lives in the Greenville area with her husband Jay, her beautiful daughter, Lauren Grace, who was born in May of 2008, and her dog Bailey.

Amy represents clients who buy or sell single-family residences, condos, townhomes and investment property in Pitt County. She stays current of all transactions in these areas, and is also very knowledgeable about local schools.

Certifications and Recognitions

Amy is an Accredited Buyer's Representative and also holds the SRES designation. This certifies her to work with people 50 years and older who want to sell, buy or examine tax breaks for seniors.
